2013 The Year I Finish Quilts!!!
Today is our 24th Anniversary :) It's a holiday to boot so I don't have to do any shipping today :) So last evening and all morning I got to sew. This is the Bonnie Hunter "Roll Roll Cotton Boll" Mystery from Last year. I just finished it this morning. Woohoo!!! It took over a year, but that's okay, it has a lot of pieces, I haven't counted but over 3000 I think. I liked it in the beginning, (it was my first mystery) but after all the string blocks it starting getting old..lol. Now, I love, love, love it!!! As soon as I pressed the last corner I ran upstairs to put it on my bed, and it is bigger than my king size bed, which thrills me!

I love it. I have just started mine. Bought the book, String Fling, just to get this pattern. I only 'discovered' Bonnie Hunter after this one was off her freebees list. Yours is amazing and I have hope renewed to finish mine. Only substitution I have made is where you and she have used red, I am using blue(s). Thank you so much for sharing...Quilt On!
